The First INTERPOL Digital Forensic Expert Group Meeting took place on 21-23 June 2016 in Madrid, Spain bringing together experts from different cyber-related fields to provide advice on including cyberstrategy, research, training, forensics and operations.

‘Privacy in the Digital Age of Encryption and Anonymity Online’ Conference was held on 19-20 May 2016 in The Hague (NL) and brought together stakeholders from various backgrounds, including law enforcement agencies, as well as representatives of the legislator, justice, private parties, academia, NGOs and any other experts willing to share their perspective in order to contribute to effectively striking the right balance between freedom and security.
The e-CODEX Closing Conference took place on 19-20 May 2016 in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Electronic Evidence Acquisition in the Cloud: the New Frontiers Workshop was held on 11-12 May 2016 in Milan, Italy. EVIDENCE Project was presented by Maria Angela Biasiotti, Project Coordinator.
On the 21st and 22nd of April, 2016 a two-day Steering Committee Meeting was hosted by the Institute of Legal Information Theory and Techniques at the National Research Council, Italy.
Within EVIDENCE WP4 'Technical Issues', Electronic Evidence Exchange Platform for implementing the process in a standard way, is described through the main features to be implemented. The desirable solution is the integration with other platforms already in place, especially those managed by major European/International public bodies. Our work continues and we are constantly enlarging the Platform and its repositories.
The third annual DFRWS EU conference was held from March 29 to 31, 2016 in Lausanne, Switzerland. During the first day of the conference, the EVIDENCE project organized an “Evidence Exchange between Courts in Europe: a Standard Proposal to be Discussed” Workshop.
The Market Size Workshop was successfully oganized in Rome, Italy, on 10-11 December 2015.
