On 22 October 2015 in Sofia, Bulgaria an Interim Steering Committee Meeting was held following the project progress between July and October 2015.
A Discussion Workshop on the Results on WP3 ‘Legal Issues’, WP4 ‘Technical Issues’, WP6 ‘Law Enforcement Issues’ and WP 8 ‘Data Protection Issues’ (Status Quo Workshop) took place on 20-21 October 2015 in Sofia, Bulgaria.
EVIDENCE WP6 'Law Enforcement Issues' presents a status quo assessment and analysis of primary challenges and shortcomings concerning the use of digital evidence, from a law enforcement point of view, in Europe and beyond.
WP4 ‘Technical Issues’ Team just issued their second report, namely Deliverable D4.2 ‘Status Quo Assessment and Analysis of Primary Challenges and Shortcoming’.
On 10-11 December 2015 in Rome, Italy EVIDENCE will host a workshop dedicated to discuss the obstacles and facilitating factors before any technical solution for collecting, preserving, analyzing, and presenting electronic evidence.

The 10th International Conference on Systematic Approaches to Digital Forensic Engineering took place in Málaga, Spain, September 30th – October 2nd, 2015
On 20-21 October 2015 in Sofia, Bulgaria EVIDENCE will host a workshop in the status quo of electronic evidence based on the outcome of WP3 ‘Legal Issues’, WP4 ‘Standard Issues’, WP6 ‘Law Enforcement Issues’ and WP8 ‘Data Protection Issues’.
The meeting took place in the EuroJust premises in The Hague, The Netherlands, on 14th July 2015.
